To deliver BaZi and Luna-phase readings, we ask you to provide your date of birth, time of birth, birth city, optional gender, and email — used to generate your chart, moon-phase analysis, and personalized guidance.
When you use chat, subscriptions, and consultation features, we also collect the account information necessary to operate them (email, password hash, subscription status) and interaction records (messages, orders, bookings).
- Basic device and log information (IP address, user agent, access time) for security and troubleshooting;
- Authorized payment data handled by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers;
- Content you actively upload (e.g. chart screenshots or free-text context) for consultation flows.
2. How We Use This Information
We use your personal data only to: generate BaZi charts and moon-phase reports, power Luna AI conversations, process subscriptions and orders, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your personal data for purposes beyond this policy, and we do not use it for personalized advertising without your consent.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service, and delete or anonymize it after account closure or expiry of the legal retention period.
You can request export or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@baziluna.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Under applicable data protection laws (including PIPL and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, close your account, and lodge a complaint.
