Baziluna provides BaZi (Chinese metaphysics) and Western moon-phase analysis, AI conversation, and consultation references — designed to support self-reflection and personal growth.

The service is a content-generation and cultural reference tool. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, investment, or any other professional advice.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this service. Minors should only use it with the consent of a legal guardian.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

We offer a free reading and paid subscriptions (Yun Book / advisor consultations). Fees are charged at purchase time, either one-off or on a recurring cycle as displayed at checkout.

Renewal: subscriptions auto-renew at the cadence you selected unless cancelled in account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period remains active.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (chart data, chat history, uploads).

Baziluna's code, UI, copy, models, and brand assets remain ours. You may not copy, modify, or commercialize them without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful;
• Reverse-engineer, inject, or attempt to bypass the platform's security;
• Use the service for commercial fraud, superstition-driven profiteering, or medical / legal / investment decisions;
• Impersonate others or falsify birth data to obtain misleading readings.

Baziluna readings draw on traditional BaZi and moon-phase models to support reflection and growth. They do not guarantee any future event, relationship outcome, or financial result.

Do not rely on the service for medical, psychological, legal, investment, or major life decisions. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional in your locale.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baziluna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan for this purpose).

Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by arbitration administered by the Beijing Arbitration Commission under its rules then in effect.
