Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about Baziluna. Here are the rules covering subscriptions, single-purchase reports, and consultation bookings.

1. Guiding Principles

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product: subscriptions refund pro-rata for unused time; digital reports are generally non-refundable once generated; consultations refund pro-rata based on unfulfilled time.

2. Subscriptions (Yun Book / Luna Premium)

First-time subscription: full refund within 7 days of purchase if no paid feature has been used (full report generation, Luna chat, advisor consultation).

Renewal: refund available pro-rata for unused days in the current billing cycle.

Refunds return to the original payment method. Settlement time depends on the payment channel — typically 3–10 business days.

3. Single-Purchase Chart Reports

A chart report enters the generation pipeline the moment you trigger it. Because the output is irreversible, completed reports are generally non-refundable.

If a system issue prevents delivery (extended delay, missing content, severe formatting errors), contact support and we will either regenerate the report or issue a full refund.

4. Advisor Consultations

Cancelled 24+ hours before the slot: full refund.

Cancelled within 24 hours of the slot: 50% refund (the advisor already reserved time).

After the session starts or no-show: no refund. If your advisor is unable to perform, we offer a reschedule or a full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@baziluna.com with:

  • Your account email and order number;
  • The product and the reason for the refund (screenshots welcome);
  • Payment proof (checkout success screenshot or bank statement).

6. Anti-Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and close accounts involved in suspected abuse (repeat subscribe-and-refund cycles, bulk fake accounts, etc.).
